Just wanted to let you know how happy I am to have our child enrolled at your school. I never worry about him when he is there. That has been such a great reassurance during these first years.

Thank you so much for all the special things you do here! When I first had to enroll my son in daycare, I was nervous, since he’d only ever stayed with a family member before. But he has thrived here from day one. He loves coming to school and is excited every day to learn new things and see his friends and teachers.
 
Every holiday is a celebration, and you do so much to keep the parents involved. Holding the Christmas party in the evening so the parents wouldn’t have to worry about missing work was so thoughtful. Each month, another celebration is introduced, teaching the children about holidays or holding picnics and special ice cream parties, and there’s always something to look forward to! As a parent, we always feel welcome to participate whenever we can.
  
What I appreciate most is your caring staff. All the teachers, including the directors, get down on the children’s level and play, and it’s always apparent that everyone enjoys their job and loves the children. The teachers are wonderful at communicating with the parents on the children’s progress, or sharing funny anecdotes about their day. It’s so comforting to know that even though I can’t be with my child every day, I trust that he’s in good hands, learning about his world, making friends, and having a great time in the process.

After our decision to leave our previous preschool after many years we needed to find the right fit for our family and our daughter…..and we found that in Little Bears Learning Center. As soon as we walked into the clean secure center and met all the wonderful teachers and staff we knew this would be the place we would send our daughter.

We know that she is being well taken care of and getting the tools she needs to build her education as she learns so much every day. She leaves every day with a smile on her face. This makes dropping her off every morning that much easier.

Little Bears Learning Center is a home away from home for our son. He started at the center about a year and half ago at the age of 1 ½. We had him at a home sitter because we wanted that warm, home environment so, when our sitter needed to move on in her own career we were nervous about the daycare life.

The staff gives him the love, comfort and encouragement throughout the day that I can’t. Nowadays, unfortunately, both parents have to work to support the family. Little Bears has taken my stress and regret that I’m not there for him all day, everyday away. When I enter the center in the morning, he’s quiet, but goes nicely to the staff. At night, he’s excited to see me, but always is happy and involved in something constructive.

The information sheets that they provide daily encourage conversation at dinner time on what happened in his day which normally a 2 year-old may have trouble initiating the chat. I would definitely recommend this daycare to a mom or dad having the tough decision on where is the right place for your child. Little Bears Learning Center is always doing new things and encouraging little minds to grow!

My son has been attending what is now Little Bears Learning Center for 2 1/2 years.  Admittedly, I was a little skeptical when I was told of an ownership change shortly after my son had started.  What I have found however, was the complete opposite of what I was expecting.  The new owners have breathed new life into the daycare.  Not only have they greatly improved the physical characteristics of the space with the AstroTurf, new flooring and painting, they also installed security cameras; a must at any daycare.  They have exceeded my expectations in other ways as well.  They have continued to research and offer the best curriculum in education and as a result have greatly broadened the learning experience for the kids. I feel my son is going to be better prepared for Kindergarten than he would have been almost anywhere else.  At 4, he is doing things now that his 5 year old cousin in Kindergarten is doing and my son writes better!
 
Also, the quality of the teachers at Little Bears is exceptional.  The turnover has been low and my son has thrived in this environment and that’s in no small part to his teacher who has taught him for nearly two years now. She is exceptional in the way that she interacts with the kids and has the patience of a saint!

The Enrichment Programs are yet another example of how Little Bears seeks to go beyond other daycares. These programs are something you would ordinarily expect to pay extra for, yet at Little Bears, it’s all just part of the program.

All in all, Little Bears offers a safe, caring and educationally superior environment for the children of people like me who don’t have the option of staying home and trying to do it all myself.  In fact, I am certain that they’re doing a much better job than I ever could.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality daycare for their child.

Our son has been enrolled at Little Bears Learning Center for over two years. Ownership has continued to make enhancements in both staffing as well as curriculum. We are very pleased with the changes that have continued to be implemented. The staff is very courteous and has always been pleasant to talk to regarding our son.
